Manpower Malta is seeking a versatile and dynamic Office Administrator to join our clients team.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of tasks.This role requires someone who can adapt to different responsibilities, including reporting,managing stock orders, monitoring sales, maintaining client contracts, drafting business proposals, and overseeing our technical department.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting: Prepare and manage various reports, including sales, financial, and operational reports.
Stock Management: Order and manage inventory from domestic and international suppliers.
Ensure timely delivery and manage stock levels.
Sales Monitoring: Track and report on client sales performance. Provide insights and analysis to support the sales team.
Contract Management: Maintain and update client contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
Proposal Writing: Develop and send business proposals to prospective clients, highlighting our services and strengths.
Technical Department Oversight: Monitor the technical department's activities, ensuring efficient operation and communication between departments.
General Office Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, correspondence, and office upkeep.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with inventory management, international ordering.
